ARC collects the information necessary to create shipments, provide tracking updates and deliver customer support — including sender and recipient contact details, shipment content descriptions, and account information for registered customers.

Shipment tracking numbers and status are shown to anyone with the tracking number, consistent with standard courier practice. Full sender and recipient contact details are only visible to the account that created the shipment and to ARC administrators.

We do not sell customer data. Information is retained for as long as needed to provide shipping services and meet legal obligations.
